There's a day and a night party

No tiers. No VIP. No early-bird tricks that punish you for having a job. Eight euros gets you in during the day at Anijam — and another 5 euros gets you into the Nightcore party (10 € if you skipped the day). Thirteen euros for both.

THE WHOLE JAM

The day ticket is 8 €. Add the Nightcore party for 5 € and it's 13 € for both — one wristband either way (10 € without one). Step out for food, come back for the catwalk, stay for the dancefloor.

02 — What your 8 € gets you

The whole day. There is no smaller ticket.

Six things happen at Anijam during the day. Your wristband opens all six. Nothing on the list costs extra, nothing sits behind a second queue, and nobody in the room paid more than you did. Only the Nightcore party is a separate 5 € (10 € if you skipped the day).

15:00 — 21:00

All-day entry

Doors at 15:00 and the room is yours for six hours. One wristband — in and out as often as your feet allow.

15:20 — 16:00

Q&A session

Live, on the club stage, with a mic doing laps of the crowd. Ask the awkward one. Who's answering? Check the lineup — we're still keeping it secret.

16:05 — 16:50

The cosplay catwalk

The room turns to the stage and you walk it. Sign up at the desk on the way in — no snobbery about craft, bought counts.

17:00 — 18:00

Community games and the quiz

Teams, buzzers, and an openings round that has ended friendships. Losers still get a sticker.

18:30 — 19:30

Karaoke

Openings, endings and one power ballad nobody can explain. The key change is optional. The commitment isn't.

15:00 — 21:00

Artist booths

Prints, charms, commissions, stickers. Bring cash — the club's card reader and a whole artist alley do not get along.

22:00 — till late

The Nightcore party

At 21:00 the booths pack up, the lights drop and by 22:00 the same room is a dancefloor till late. Nightcore, sped-ups, J-core and whatever the DJ smuggled in. A separate 5 € on top of the day ticket — 13 € for both (the party alone is 10 €), and re-entry is fine if you nipped out for a kebab.

03 — Getting there

Club Gramophone, Sofia

Central Sofia, a short walk from Serdika. A basement club with a real sound system, a stage, and a ceiling that humbles anyone wearing horns.

Address
Club Gramophone
6 Budapeshta St, Sofia

Your ticket becomes a wristband at the door — look for the orange table and the person holding a clipboard like a sword. The entrance is on Budapeshta St — follow the queue full of cosplayers. Tap the map to open walking directions in Google Maps.

15:00

The Nightcore party starts. Same room, 5 € more, a lot less light.
Late
The last song is whenever the club says so. Then the night bus — or the walk home in full armour.
04 — Cosplay and props

The rules, briefly

We're not the fun police. We're the people who have to explain your two-metre sword to the club manager in the middle of a packed dancefloor. Read this once and we'll never bring it up again.

R1

No real steel. None. Not even blunt.

Metal blades, real firearms, deactivated firearms, airsoft, crossbows — anything that launches anything at all stays home. Foam, wood, resin, 3D prints and thermoplastic are all welcome. If your sword rings when you flick it with a finger, it's not coming in.

R2

Up to 1.2 metres — and carryable one-handed

This is a club, not an expo hall. Props max out at 1.2 m and you need to be able to hold yours above your head in a crowd without rearranging someone's face. Bigger builds are welcome for photos before 16:00 — tell the desk when you arrive and we'll clear a corner for you.

R3

The cloakroom takes the rest

Wings, tails, oversized props and jackets go to the cloakroom before the 16:05 catwalk — and definitely before 21:00, when the day part ends and the room is cleared. There's a changing corner open from 15:00 — use that, not the toilets: everyone needs the toilets.

R4

Cosplay is not consent — not to touch, not to shoot

Ask before you photograph. Ask before you pose anyone. "No" ends the conversation — politely. That goes double after 22:00, when the lights are low and people have been drinking. The crew will walk out anyone who has to be told twice: wristband cut, no refund, no debate.

R5

Cover what you must and never block a fire exit

Body paint is make-up, not clothing — the legal minimum still applies, and shoes stay on your feet over a floor that definitely has a dropped pin somewhere. No open flames, no pyro, no bringing your own smoke machine. And nothing stands in front of a fire exit — not even for a genuinely great photo.

05 — FAQ

Asked. Answered.

Six questions land in our inbox every week. Here they are — before you type them.

Ask question №7 →
Is the night party included, or is it a second ticket?
It's a second ticket. Your 8 € covers the day from 15:00 to 21:00; the Nightcore party from 22:00 is another 5 €. Take both at the door for 13 € and it's the same wristband, the same room and no second queue. If someone is selling you anything else, they don't work for us.
Can I skip the day and come just for the party?
You can. The party on its own is 10 € — the 5 € rate is for people with a day wristband. Turn up from 22:00, pay at the door if there's still room, and you're in. Fair warning: the cosplay catwalk is at 16:05 and it's the best thing all day, so rolling in at 22:30 is a choice you'll have to live with.
Do I need a cosplay?
No. Anijam has no dress code, and plenty of people turn up in jeans, buy prints, lose the quiz and dance till late. If you do want to cosplay — bought counts exactly as much as handmade, the catwalk has no snobbery about craft. Sign up at the desk on the way in.
Is there a cloakroom and somewhere to change?
Both. The cloakroom takes jackets, bags, wings, tails and anything the dancefloor won't survive — hand it in on your way and you'll thank yourself later. There's a changing corner open from 15:00, with a mirror and a socket for the hot glue gun when the inevitable happens. Please don't change in the toilets — it's a club, and the queue there is already a test of character. When the day part ends at 21:00, collect your things and clear the room — we're turning it around for the Nightcore party.
Is there an age limit?
The day from 15:00 to 21:00 is for everyone. The Nightcore party from 22:00 follows the club's own rules — 18+ and ID at the door. Bring it, even if you're convinced you look old enough. The bar is 18+ all day, and the crew smiles but doesn't negotiate.
Card or cash at the door?
Cash only. Same at the artist booths: a whole artist alley on one card reader in a basement is a plan that has never once worked. There's a cash machine* on the way from the metro — use it on the way in, not in the last minute before the catwalk.
